User Agreement

General
Price and payment
The price of any Products will be according to your requested quotation or as displayed on our site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error. These prices quoted do not include delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due.
Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
We require a 50% deposit with each order before manufacturing will commence.
Payment of the full price and any additional transport, insurance, packaging and/or additional costs shall be made at the time of collection of goods ordered.
A partial payment is not considered a request for invoice adjustment. Purchaser agrees to pay all costs incurred by TreeGuardsDirect.co.uk in securing full payment for any purchase order, including reasonable legal fees.
TreeGuardsDirect.co.uk reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website.
Certain website services may require registration and subsequent access to those services will be subject to you supplying your name and email address. You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete. Please contact us if these details change.
